Hello! I am Duncan and this is my wee space to discuss topics I am interested in. Mainly Observability and Security.

I have been working in the Observability space for some time now, and although some people may consider me an expert, I do not. This is not because I don’t know how to do it, but because the topic is ever changing. You think you know it, yet before long something new and wonderful pops up completely changing how you approach the subject. It is ever changing and in constant flux.

I am hoping I can use this space to enable people on the general key topics of Observability and Security. I want to discuss all of these in a vendor agnostic manner. I don’t care what solution you use, what I want is you to get the best from it. Either by understanding core concepts or by showing you how to integrate with 3rd party systems to automate your processes.

I may also post the occasional book review / hotel review…
